this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it’s a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)
the idea is that you’d put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won’t take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)
all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)

I’m pretty happy with my appearance, so not really many changes since this particular picrew doesnt reallt have my preferred fashion/makeup!!! (I lean jirai kei/goth lolita/romantic goth but normally i just look like Some Guy)
I’m also mostly happy with the way I look, so it’s just small things like maybe more freckles bc I think they’re cute, more piercings, looking like a happy and confident little menace (peep the fangs), growing out my hair (unfortunately my goal hairstyle - long with shaved sides and no bangs - wasn’t available) and touching up the dye job…
I have been like the picrew on the right side (how I want to look) but my hair are too bad now for this kind of treatment (bleaching etc)… though now I want a side cut on the left side only. but again, my hair are too bad and thin for that…
Here’s me now! and here’s me wishing my curls back which suffered a bit under dyeing and cutting my hair recently. Otherwise: I’d love to get more piercings (the elf ears are a cute touch I couldn’t resist) and I wished I had freckles (adorable!). Another thing that I’ve been envious of is people who have natural fangs, since my teeth are so rounded I don’t have any sharp canines.
Finally getting rid of my acne would be nice XD More piercings in my ears would be cool too but not a must and one day I will finally find the time and commitment to get a tattoo.
Honestly i’m alright with how i look, i just miss my pink hair and it fit better with longer hair! As for the fit i just want the confidence (and money and sensory capacity) to dress better but not necessarily like that
Pretty much alright with how I look as well tbh! Just would like to get all the ear piercings I can, and manage to wear long earrings, dye my hair and get the confidence to wear a shirt like that. Other than that, the fangs, horns and pointy ears would be a treat
and is your shame helpful? is it inspiring goodness and change? or is it keeping you frozen in time unable to move on and be everything you have expanded to be?
one of the most infuriating things about becoming an adult is when you realize that it actually is 10x easier to solve problems by making a phone call vs literally any other communication method
